ANACORTES MUSEUM ADVISORY BOARD

The Anacortes Museum’s Advisory Board exists to ensure the Museum is responsive to and represents the historical interests of the local community. The Board establishes prudent policies and procedures relating to the operations and care of the Museum and its collections. It also creates and evaluates the Museum’s mission and engages in strategic planning for the development of the Museum. In conjunction with the Museum Director, the Advisory Board works to facilitate communication between the Board, the Mayor and City Council and may make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council when called upon.
