| The W.T. Preston and Maritime Heritage Center |
The steam-powered sternwheeler W.T. Preston and the Anacortes Maritime Heritage Center are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays starting April 1. They are open daily, except Wednesdays, between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
They are at 703 and 713 R Avenue, next to the Great Northern Depot.

| Island Plants & People: A Twisted Path |
This natural history exhibit, which continues through May 2013 at the Anacortes Museum’s Carnegie Gallery, showcases the changing and sometimes uneasy relationship between people and plants.

| Moving Forward, Looking Back |
Did you know Anacortes had a woman mayor 35 years ago? Learn about Mayor Bettye Bryant and other groundbreaking Anacortes women at the exhibit Moving "Forward: Looking Back: Washington’s First Women in Government," which continues through the end of March at the Anacortes Museum.
